The historical moment of the world system and its manifestations in level environmental, economic and social life makes it necessary to build alternative forms of cohabitation, although the local situation of open hostility to ideological diversity, and regional level, the return to violent models and pursuit of power, it creates conditions for the social debate occupy a priority in national and individual agenda, exacerbating the condition of the young as a subject in transition and reducing their chances of developing a comprehensive view of world and society to guide its socio-political action.
The unilateral impairs democracy and respect for human rights, focuses on political speech in the imaginary dominant groups more or less present in all matches from the imposition of royal power and greater manipulation of the powers that be at the expense of original power in the theory of constitutional rule of law.
This reality makes it necessary to create spaces for sharing and bringing social transformation proposals seeking to influence the short, medium and long term scenarios in local, regional and international.
The balance between the collective and individual freedoms, equality and cultural and biological diversity, international and intergenerational aspect, the role of the state and its relationship with spaces and local knowledge and the ability to connect thought and speech with action and responsibility for its consequences, are elements, among others, to consider proposals to build differentiated, viable and effective.
The youth play a key role in building skills, knowledge and attitudes to support the implementation of these transformations, exercising both criticism and given to society as self-criticism and given to domestic organizations , which passes through the study of reality and recognition of limitations and mistakes.
